Macau 2009 Part 1

It’s not actually in our itinerary but last minute we decided to cross the borders of HK and went to the so-called “Vegas” of Asia. I’m glad we did because I really enjoyed the places we went to.

The Venetian Macao
Replicating the famous architectural canals and icons of Venice, Italy – from the winding canals to the romantic bridges, the Renaissance designs, the street performers and of course, the singing gondoliers.

The sky is forever 4PM at the canals! 🙂

The Gondola Ride Experience

Macau trip wouldn’t be complete without a graceful and romantic glide down the San Luca, Marco Polo or Grand Canal. Your gondolier will serenade you as you float beneath bridges, beside cafes, under balconies and weave your way through the vibrant Grand Canal Shoppes, revealing all the charm, excitement and passion that is Venice – and The Venetian® Macao. The Gondola Ride Experience truly is like no other and certainly one not to be missed.

The experience was splendid. Venice atmosphere’s all over! Awesome!
